    We provide advisory and consultancy services, while rendering advice and  opinions and preparing legal documents and contracts. So far we have had the opportunity to process various incorporation applications prepared and explicated legal documents/memoranda; and analyzed, negotiated and redressed procedural legal lacunas for local and offshore companies. We also have the privilege to provide legal and managerial support in the establishment of organizational structure and promotion to new business formations. CLA also provides services to international clients to start up their operations in Pakistan and liaising with and representing in relevant offices (government ,semi government, autonomous bodies etc.) on their behalf.
