Intellectual and Industrial Property is also one of the areas of CLA law practice. We are counseling clients in protection, evaluation, licensing and in litigation of intellectual property rights. Our firm is engaged in securing and enforcing broad ranging aspects of trademark, patent and copyright issues, trade secrets, unfair competition and related antitrust matters. We are also advising on protection of domain names, company name and constant vigilance against the unauthorized adoption of the same or similar mark, domain or company name; security interests in intellectual property, licensing, franchising and related aspects of commercial law and other legal areas dealing in technology. Clients are also being advised on the legal aspects of developing markets for their products including licensing, franchising, character-merchandising and general commercial negotiations related to intellectual property rights; and preparation and review of agency, licensing, distribution, and joint venture agreements.
